Publications: how to access information

Most NCAS publications can be found on this website in the sections listed at the left. Corporate publications will tell you more about NCAS itself. The other sections are about NCAS' work including service evaluation, research and development, casework activity reports and casework analyses. Our policy for external release of NCAS statistics (pdf 36kb) governs the way in which we make statistical information about our casework available proactively.

All publications can be accessed via NCAS' Publication Schedule which is an annex to the National Patient Safety Agency's Publication Scheme. If the information you are seeking access to is not listed on the Schedule, you could apply to NCAS for it under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

 

Individuals can apply for their own personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998.
